There could be any number of reasons
you’ve
decided to spend some time exploring Catholicism. We simply
want to reach out to you, so that this first step can be
followed by many others in the footsteps of Christ. We’ve
been down some of the same roads you have, and people throughout
our Diocese are giving of themselves daily to welcome all
those who want to find some direction, but aren’t
sure where to start.
ALWAYS THERE
Part of being Catholic is being a steward for the good
works of our faith, and you’ll find these good stewards
are all around you. And it is through everyone working
together that we build strong, faith-filled communities
ready and willing to reach out to help others.
Some people show it through volunteerism, some through
financial contributions, and others through their choice
of vocations in the priesthood, or as deacons or lay ministers.
Catholic Charities is a wonderful example of people coming
together to help people of all races, religions and creeds
at times in their lives when they need help.
Whether you’re ready to immerse yourself in Christ’s
love, or if you just want to take it one small step at
a time, we would love to help you feel the joy that being
part of a Catholic community can bring.
